Order Cancellations
We begin processing and preparing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The original protective seal must be intact
- You must contact our support team in a timely manner to remain eligible.
- Proof of condition (such as a photo) are required
Returned items must be sent back to our fulfillment center. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Opened Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
Additional Product
This 90-day guarantee applies strictly to the primary products purchased. It does not cover additional products offered or purchased as add-ons.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly with photo proof. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit or not delivered as expected, we will work directly with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be modified or canceled before the next billing cycle.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact our support team first so we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Once a chargeback or bank dispute has been opened, the case is handled directly by your financial institution and we are limited in how we can assist until their process is completed. For the fastest resolution, we strongly recommend contacting us before initiating a dispute.
Final Notes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
